You can also rest assured that before any work commences on a project that is outside of our original agreement, we will advise you of any additional fees and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

24 hour response promise

We also offer our clients a 24 hour response promise.  This means that all calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours* advising who is handling your query and the timetable for their response. 

We know how frustrating it is when you feel that you have to chase for status updates with professionals.  Therefore, we provide regular updates so that you are aware of the progress of your query/project and can truly leave it in our hands, safe in the knowledge that it is being dealt with.
